ISA’s Data Centre Solution offers customers a variety of Services including:

These services are built on ISA’s core infrastructure and leverage the latest hardware and software to bring to market a variety of options for hosting and information storage requirements. Through ISA’s Date Centre Lifecycle Management framework, these services are continuously optimised and improved and new initiatives such as Cloud Computing and Virtual Managed Hosting are developed.

ISA Data Centre Delivery

ISA’s Data Centre Delivery underpins the Data Centre Practice and includes all the Physical Infrastructure and Professional Services required to bring the offerings to market.

ISA’s Physical Infrastructure is based on two purpose-built Tier 2/3 Data Centres located in Perth and Bunbury of Western Australia. Both facilities have been designed and built to comply with AS2834 and ANSI/TIA-942 within a high degree of physical security.

ISA’s Professional Services and Management includes a team of technical experts with experience and knowledge of the Lifecycle of a Data Centre, from design through to implementation and management. These ISA resources offer customers with a variety of expertise across all relevant technology areas, including: hardware, software, operating system, applications, networking, security and project management.

ISA’s framework for the delivery of its Data Centre solutions and professional services is based on a Data Centre Lifecycle that is applied to the whole solution set. The framework is based on 4 key elements:

• Data Centre Strategy, including location, design, hardware strategy, software strategy, storage, and other facilities attributed
• Data Centre Implementation, including environmentals, security, network, build and configure, and integration
• Data Centre Management, including back up, disaster recovery, and hardware management
• Data Centre Optimisation, including continuous improvement, technical upgrades, functional upgrades, and knowledge transfer and learning

This framework underpins all ISA’s offerings, not only from an internal Data Centre build perspective, but also as ISA’s professional services consultants and advisors consult to customers on each of their individual Data Centre requirements.
